Demonheart available as a visual novel

As announced around a year ago here, I've converted Demonheart into a standalone game. It's available on Steam and itch.io.

For everyone coming after playing the modules, the visual novel is an alternate universe. It begins before the player got acquainted with Orchid and deals with the Orchid/Raze + Rivera storylines. Some of the content you've already seen, but most has been rewritten. You can see on the game pages what it is and what it isn't (everything that is not shown, you can assume the game does not contain).

Coming Soon

The Steam store page for DH the visual novel just came out. I set the release date for March 24, in case anything with the review process goes wrong. :D We will release on Steam and itch.io at the same time.

For certain Steam reasons, I will have to stick to only one purchase option, and that will be the whole game. That means the chapters will not be sold separately. The game will contain Chapter 1 and be updated with the other chapters, or they will be added as free DLC. Itch.io release will have to be the same as Steam.

Early Access

Hey guys, I just finished sending the first version of the visual novel's Chapter 1 to the early access backers. I forgot to write on the campaign... check the spam folder if you didn't receive it.

Of course the estimated deadline was breached, but the early access is still earlier than the official release. :D

How relevant is this cat anyway?

I've been so busy, I didn't want to write about it, because if you heard what's been happening in my life, you would have thought the game would come out even later. Or perhaps I should give you a hint. Recently I've been comparing myself to Orchid and I was scared for my life. But I survived. :D
